一般的定義で大企業と言われるものは12000社ある、それだけあれば働き方は多種多様だし求められるものも当然変わる。図体のデカさを問題にするよりもその企業の体質をきちんと見定める努力のほうが大切なのではないだろうか。レッテル張りで思考停止していては問題解決は運に任せる形になる。
